For Dark Circles, Under-Eye Hollowness and Facial Volume
An autologous alternative to traditional dermal fillers
Experience natural-looking facial rejuvenation with PGelβ’, an advanced regenerative treatment created from your own blood.
During treatment, a small blood sample is collected and processed to isolate platelet-rich fibrin, or PRF. The plasma is then carefully heated to create a smooth, gel-like consistency before being injected into selected areas of the face.
PGelβ’ contains concentrated platelets, fibrin and naturally occurring growth factors that may support collagen production, tissue repair and gradual skin renewal. Because the treatment is prepared from your own blood, it offers an option for clients who prefer to avoid traditional synthetic dermal fillers.
PGelβ’ may be used in areas such as:
-
Under the eyes
-
Nasolabial folds and smile lines
-
Cheeks
-
Chin
-
Selected areas where additional support or rejuvenation is needed
PRF Gel is not identical to dermal filler and may not provide the same immediate or predictable degree of volume. Results develop gradually and vary according to the treatment area, skin condition and individual healing response.
Benefits
Natural-Looking Rejuvenation
Uses components obtained from your own blood to support gradual facial rejuvenation.
Supports Collagen Production
May improve skin texture, elasticity and overall skin quality over time.
Improves Under-Eye Appearance
May soften the appearance of mild hollowness, fine lines and certain types of dark circles.
Restores Subtle Volume
Provides gentle, gradual support in selected areas without using traditional dermal filler.
Low Risk of Allergic Reaction
Because the treatment is autologous, the risk of an allergic reaction to the injected material is reduced. However, all injectable procedures still carry potential risks.
Minimal Downtime
Most clients can resume their normal activities shortly after treatment, although temporary swelling or bruising may occur.
What to Expect
Appointment Time: Approximately 55β60 minutes
Blood Collection: A small amount of blood will be drawn and processed to prepare your personalised PRF Gel.
Comfort: A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment to minimise discomfort. You may still feel mild pressure, pinching or tenderness during the injections.
Downtime: Swelling, redness, tenderness and bruising may occur following treatment, particularly in the delicate under-eye area. These effects are usually temporary but may last longer than one day in some clients.
Results: Some initial volume may be visible after treatment, although part of this may be temporary swelling. Regenerative improvements develop gradually over the following weeks as the skin responds to treatment.
Recommended Sessions: Your provider may recommend a series of 4β6 treatments spaced approximately 4β6 weeks apart, depending on your concerns and desired results.
Maintenance: Maintenance treatments are personalised and may be recommended periodically to support your results.
Clinical evidence remains developing, and the durability of PRF facial-rejuvenation results has not been firmly established.
