If a client is assessed as unsuitable for a requested treatment, VC Esthetics may recommend an alternative service or apply its cancellation and refund policy as appropriate. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments or providing adequate notice of cancellation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

6. Pricing and Offers

All prices displayed on the Site are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Special offers, discounts, deposits, and promotional pricing are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time.

Final pricing for services may vary based on treatment area, product used, provider recommendation, number of syringes or sessions required, add-ons selected, or the outcome of a consultation. Any pricing discussed during a consultation supersedes general pricing displayed on the Site.

Completion of a VC Esthetics training or shadowing program does not grant legal authority to perform any procedure outside a participant's existing licence, certification, or permitted scope of practice. VC Esthetics makes no representations regarding regulatory compliance for individual participants.

10. Rewards and Membership

VC Esthetics may offer a rewards program, loyalty points, referral credits, or membership benefits. The terms governing rewards, points accrual, redemption, expiration, and membership perks are subject to change at any time. Final program terms will be communicated through the rewards program platform or upon enrolment.

Rewards and points have no cash value and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.

11. Payment

All payments made through our Site are processed by Shopify or other approved payment providers. You must provide accurate, current, and complete billing information when making a purchase. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

VC Esthetics reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order or transaction where fraud, unauthorised use, or payment errors are suspected.
