2. Treatment and Service Purchases
Online purchases for treatments or services may be applied toward eligible VC Esthetics appointments. Treatment suitability is determined by a qualified provider following assessment. If a client is assessed as not suitable for a purchased treatment, VC Esthetics may recommend an alternative treatment, offer account credit, or process a refund where appropriate and subject to this policy.
Payment for a service does not guarantee that the treatment will be performed. Please see Section 11 (Medical Suitability) for further details.
3. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. To allow us to offer your appointment time to other clients, we ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

5. Training and Shadowing Programs
Deposits paid toward training or shadowing programs may be non-refundable. Tuition refund or transfer eligibility depends on the specific program terms, registration timing and availability at the time of the request.
Participants are responsible for confirming their own eligibility, licensing requirements and scope-of-practice obligations before registering for any program. VC Esthetics does not guarantee regulatory compliance for individual participants.

6. Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Gift cards may be used toward eligible VC Esthetics services and products, subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.
Gift cards have no cash value unless required by law and may not be exchanged for cash. Expiration dates and redemption restrictions, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
7. Skincare and Physical Products

11. Medical Suitability
Payment for a service does not guarantee that the treatment will be performed. Provider assessment and client suitability are required for all esthetic, wellness, injectable, laser and medical-adjacent services offered by VC Esthetics.
If a client is assessed as unsuitable for a requested treatment, VC Esthetics will work with the client to recommend an appropriate alternative or apply this refund policy as applicable. Results from any treatment vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
