Liquid Nose Enhancement
Enhance the shape and balance of your nose without surgery using a carefully customised dermal-filler treatment.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty, sometimes called a liquid nose job, uses strategically placed dermal filler to improve selected aspects of the noseβs shape and profile.
Depending on your anatomy and treatment goals, filler may be used to:
-
Smooth the appearance of a dorsal bump
-
Enhance or straighten the nasal bridge
-
Add subtle structure to the nasal tip
-
Create the appearance of a gently lifted tip
-
Improve minor asymmetry
-
Create a more balanced facial profile
The treatment adds volume to create the appearance of smoother contours. It cannot physically reduce the size of the nose, remove tissue or correct breathing difficulties.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is an off-label filler treatment. A detailed assessment is required to determine whether it is appropriate for your anatomy and concerns.
Benefits
Improved Nose Shape
Smooths selected irregularities and enhances the contours of the bridge or tip.
Enhanced Facial Balance
May improve harmony between the nose, chin and surrounding facial features.
Immediate Enhancement
A visible change can usually be seen immediately after treatment.
Non-Surgical Treatment
No incisions, general anesthesia or extended surgical recovery are required.
Customized Results
Treatment is tailored to your nasal anatomy and preferred level of correction.
Temporary and Potentially Reversible
Hyaluronic acid filler gradually breaks down over time and may be dissolved with hyaluronidase when clinically appropriate. Dissolving is a separate medical procedure and may not restore the area to its exact previous appearance.
What to Expect
Treatment Time: Approximately 15β30 minutes
Comfort: A topical numbing cream may be applied before treatment. Many hyaluronic acid fillers also contain lidocaine to help minimize discomfort.
Initial Results: Improvement is usually visible immediately, although temporary swelling may affect the initial appearance.
Final Results: The treated area generally settles over approximately 1β2 weeks.
Duration: Results may last approximately 9β12 months, depending on the filler used, amount injected, metabolism and individual response.
Downtime: Minimal. Most clients can resume normal activities on the same day, although swelling, tenderness, redness or bruising may occur.

Important Safety Information
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a higher-risk filler procedure because the nose contains blood vessels connected to the facial and eye circulation.
Possible side effects include swelling, redness, tenderness, bruising, asymmetry, firmness and lumps. Less common complications include infection, delayed swelling or an unsatisfactory cosmetic result.
Rare but serious complications include vascular occlusion, tissue damage, skin necrosis, stroke and partial or permanent vision loss.
Treatment should only be performed by an appropriately trained and qualified healthcare professional with detailed knowledge of nasal anatomy and an established emergency-management protocol.
Results vary between clients. A personalized consultation is required to determine whether non-surgical rhinoplasty is appropriate for you.
