Improve the appearance of fine lines, crepey texture and mild skin laxity across the neck and décolletage with a customised collagen-stimulating treatment.
Hyperdiluted Radiesse® is a regenerative injectable treatment made with calcium hydroxylapatite, or CaHA, diluted with sterile saline to allow the product to be distributed evenly across a broader treatment area.
Rather than creating the concentrated volume associated with traditional dermal-filler placement, the hyperdiluted technique is primarily used to support gradual improvements in skin quality.
Radiesse® may help stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, strengthening the skin’s underlying structure and improving its firmness, texture and overall appearance over time.
Treatment may be used to address:
-
Fine lines and wrinkles
-
Crepey or thin-looking skin
-
Mild skin laxity
-
Reduced firmness and elasticity
-
Visible signs of ageing across the neck or upper chest
Radiesse® diluted 1:2 with sterile saline is indicated in the United States for the correction of décolleté wrinkles in patients aged 22 and over. Treatment of the neck is an off-label use and must be assessed individually by an appropriately qualified provider.
Benefits
Improves Skin Quality
Helps create smoother, firmer and healthier-looking skin.
Supports Collagen and Elastin Production
Encourages gradual structural improvement within the treated skin.
Softens Fine Lines
Reduces the appearance of fine lines and crepey texture across the neck or décolletage.
Treats a Broad Surface Area
The diluted formulation allows the product to be distributed across larger areas rather than creating concentrated volume in one location.
Natural-Looking Improvement
Results develop gradually as the skin responds to treatment.
Minimal Downtime
Most clients can resume their normal routine shortly after treatment, although temporary swelling, redness, tenderness or bruising may occur.
What to Expect
Appointment Time: Treatment time varies according to the size of the area and the number of syringes required.
Comfort: A topical numbing cream may be applied before treatment. The product may also be prepared with an appropriate anaesthetic where clinically suitable.
Initial Appearance: Mild fullness may be visible immediately after treatment due to the diluted solution and temporary swelling. This should not be mistaken for the final result.
Results: Improvements in firmness, texture and fine lines develop gradually over the following weeks and months.
Recommended Sessions: Some clients may benefit from more than one treatment session, depending on their skin quality, degree of laxity and desired result.
Duration: Improvements may remain visible for approximately 12–16 months in some clients. Longevity varies, and maintenance treatments may be recommended based on the individual response.

Important Safety Information
Possible side effects include swelling, redness, bruising, pain, itching, tenderness, firmness, lumps, nodules, infection or an unsatisfactory cosmetic result.
Radiesse® cannot be dissolved like a hyaluronic acid filler. Rare but serious complications can occur if an injectable product enters or obstructs a blood vessel.
Contact your provider immediately if you experience severe or increasing pain, pale or mottled skin, unusual discolouration, coolness, blistering or other concerning symptoms.
Radiesse® should only be administered by an appropriately trained and experienced healthcare professional who understands the anatomy of the treatment area and the management of injectable complications.
Results vary between clients. A personalised consultation is required to determine whether this treatment is suitable for you.
